Review Process
- The first submitted manuscript is reviewed by the editor, it will be evaluated whether it is in accordance with its focus and scope.
- Unsuitable manuscripts will be rejected and suitable manuscripts will be checked to identify plagiarism before being reviewed by reviewers.
- JICE uses "double-blind peer review", manuscripts will be sent to 2 reviewers.
- Reviewer comments are also sent anonymously to authors to take necessary actions and responses. The decision of the revised manuscript will be evaluated by the appropriate editor, based on the reviewer's recommendation, for example : rejected, requires major revision, requires minor revision, or is accepted.
- The Editor in Chief has the right to decide which manuscripts are submitted to the journal for publication.
